Everyone has loose change lying around. It often piles up with no real home. You can give it a home by participating in our Formula 4 Hope, Baby Bottle Campaign. Participation is very simple.

Your Part

• Enroll your church

• Let us know how many empty baby bottles you will need

• Distribute the bottles on Mother’s Day - May 9

• Promote the campaign

• Collect the full bottles on Father’s Day - June 20

Our Part

• Deliver empty bottles to you the week before Mother’s Day

• Provide you with promotional materials

• Posters

• Bulletin Insert

• Digital slide for use with LCD projectors

• Collect your full bottles after Father’s Day
