Ideas to Promote the Baby Bottle Campaign in your Church

Have Sunday School children pass out one bottle to each family during the morning service on Mother’s Day.
- Put a display in the foyer using a small crib. Fill the crib with bottles and invite the congregation to take a bottle after the service. Decorate the crib in a festive manner. Leave crib up for the whole campaign and have the bottles returned in or around the crib on Father’s Day.
- Encourage each Sunday School class to also fill a bottle during the campaign.
- Suggest that the speaker on Mother’s Day speak with compassion about the issues of life.

Ensure a Baby Bottle Bulletin insert is included on Mother’s Day.

A one-line reminder about bottles each week in the bulletin until Father’s Day. Emphasize that we would like all the bottles back, empty or full.

Have ushers hand out bottles as people exit the sanctuary.
